To develop and secure partnership out-licensing opportunities based on fast-track drug development programs for unique and proprietary ethical pharmaceutical products that maximize the value of Caleco Pharma intellectual property patents, while developing and maximizing revenue streams based on the commercialization of in-licensed pharmaceutical products, clinical diagnostics, and natural plant-based complementary and alternative medicine products.
Caleco Pharma Structure
The Company is organized around dual research and development pathways. One focused on the development of ethical prescription drugs with the second targeting broad consumer health categories with “over-the-counter” preparations ranging from oral supplements to dermatologic products.
Caleco Pharmaceuticals will establish accelerated drug development plans and execute best-in-class in-licensing, research and pre-commercialization activities with milestones that maximize investment and commercialization opportunities based on the intellectual property owned and developed by the Corporation.
The Caleco Pharmaceuticals pipeline includes CPC.12115HP201 and CPC.12115HP202. Both products are derivatives of the Corporations “Liver Health” formulations.
Caleco Consumer Health will maximize commercialization opportunities for its broad portfolio of proprietary plant-based complimentary and alternative medicine products that target high profile public health needs ranging from cardiovascular health to immune system enhancement.
The Consumer Health product pipeline consists of derivatives of the Corporations “Liver Health” formulations and products in-licensed from strategic partners.
To date, the Company’s intellectual property covering the “Liver Health” formulations is comprised of patent applications in the United States, Europe and Canada and four European Drug Master File applications. |
